Consortium-member companies utilize lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques to help them offer low cost components and on time delivery.

Each company's quality-management system has been audited and is certified to one or multiple Quality Certifications including: ISO 9001:2000, QS 9000, TS 16949 and AS 9100. Some consortium
members are US Small Business certified as: SDB, 8(a) or Hub Zone. These certifications help federal government prime contractors' fulfill mandated SF-294 and SF-295 subcontract plans and goals.
